Can I return my item?
We do not accept returns. In store credit is offered. To be eligible for an in store credit/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 14 day to receive in store credit. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase with tags. All accessories and jewelry are final sale only. All sale items are final sale only.
To start a return, you can contact us at wildcardwesternboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?
We want each customer to have a positive buying experience. If you decide you don't want an item, you have 6hrs to cancel your order as long as it has not already shipped by emailing us at wildcardwesternboutique@gmail.com. If you cancel your order a 25% restocking fee will be applied. If the item has already shipped, you will be responsible to return the item and will be issued in store credit.
Can I return shoes?
We are unable to accommodate shoe returns at this time.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes you can! Enter code "LOCAL" to avoid shipping costs and pick up your item.
Do you have an on site location?
At this time we do not, but we hope to have a brick and mortar store in the very near future!
Can I exchange my item?
Due to limited quantities and the desire to keep unique items on hand, we can not promise that your item will be available in a different size or color. If the item is available, the item can be exchanged.
What if my item is broken or damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at wildcardwesternboutique@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must include photos of the damage as well as your order number. If you do not contact us within 2 days of receiving the order we will assume it is from normal wear.
